Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Superintendent on projects over $25 million.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure project safety, quality, and compliance with schedules
- Develop site plans, manage equipment needs, and track costs
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to maintain progress
- Analyze labor/cost reports and implement corrective actions
- Manage project closeouts and mitigate potential change orders
- Lead and develop team members to support their growth and performance
